Integrated Marketing Works took home the highest honor of the year at the OC PRSA PROTOS Awards ceremony on Friday, August 8, 2014, earning the “Best in Show” total PR program award. Hosted by the Orange County Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (OC/PRSA), the Annual PROTOS Awards honors top Orange County public relations professionals and organizations for exemplary public relations campaigns and achievements. IMW was recognized for a total of three PROTOS awards for both the Sunkist “Not Your Mother’s Grapefruit” program and a PROTOS award and Best in Show award for the Sunkist “S’alternative” program. PROTOS are the highest honor given to Orange County public relations firms who have demonstrated their understanding of the public relations and communications process including conducting research, defining objectives and demonstrating measurable results of initiatives. PROTOS not only recognizes an outstanding campaign, but also the individual items or components that contribute to the success of an overall program or campaign.
